Link payments to DDR
To simplify viewing a payment and its associated DDR, we have added a "View Details" link. Clicking this link will take you directly to the relevant DDR.
Chargeback Changes
To accommodate the introduction of partially charged-back payments, we have updated the way chargebacks are handled and reported in Pay Advantage.
Chargebacks will no longer be shown as failed payments. All previously failed payments due to chargebacks will be brought back to a successful payment with a chargeback associated.
Chargebacks can be viewed from the payment summary screen. The details of the chargeback can be viewed on the receipt.
Webhook Management Screen
Introducing a new change to webhooks to allow the creation and management from the Pay Advantage portal. This makes it easier to diagnose issues and manage you Pay Advantage webhooks. For more information view the API Documentation:
