Reports

A range of reports can be accessed by clicking the Reports section in the main menu. These reports allow you to easily view, print, and export key transaction and performance data.

Dishonours

View and track direct debit payments that have failed or been returned by the customer’s bank. This report helps you identify unsuccessful transactions, understand the reasons for payment failures, and take timely follow-up action with customers. Monitoring dishonours can assist with cash flow management, reducing missed payments, and improving overall payment success rates.

Direct Debit Projection

Provides an estimated forecast of upcoming direct debit collections based on scheduled payments. This report is indicative only and cannot predict payment failures, dishonours, cancellations, or changes to customer agreements that may occur.

Revenue History

View and track your historical revenue over time, allowing you to identify trends, measure growth, and better understand seasonal or recurring income patterns. This report is useful for performance analysis, forecasting, and financial planning.

First Debits

Review customers who have successfully completed their first direct debit payment. This helps confirm new customer onboarding, identify recently activated agreements, and monitor early payment success for new accounts.

Cost of Acceptance

Analyse the fees and costs associated with processing payments, including transaction charges. This report provides insight into your overall cost structure and helps you assess profitability and compare payment methods.
