Getting Started

PayID is currently available to select customers. To enable PayID for your sandbox account:

Contact our support team to discuss your requirements and arrange activation.

Our team will:

  • Assess your account eligibility
  • Configure PayID settings for your business
  • Provide any additional setup guidance needed
  • Ensure smooth integration with your existing payment processes

PayID is powered by Australia's New Payments Platform (NPP) and provides bank-level security for all transactions.

Testing Amounts

Our testing environment utililses specific payment amounts to trigger different scenarios for comprehensive testing. Use these amounts when creating payment requests or making payments to test various success and failure conditions.

Successful Payment Amounts

Normal Successful Payments:

  • Amount Range: $1.00 to $4,000.00

  • Behavior: Payment processes successfully with immediate completion

  • Use Case: Standard payment flow testing

Manual Payment Processing:

  • Amount Range: $5,000.01 to $99,999.00

  • Behavior: Payment requires manual intervention/approval

  • Use Case: Testing manual payment workflows and delayed processing

Payment Failure Test Amounts

PayID Expiration Testing:

  • Amount: $4,055.00

  • Behavior: PayID expires after 5 seconds

  • Use Case: Test handling of expired PayIDs

Incorrect Payment Amount Testing:

  • Overpayment Amount: $4,104.00

  • Behavior: Simulates customer paying more than required amount

  • Use Case: Test overpayment handling for Dynamic PayIDs

  • Underpayment Amount: $4,006.00

  • Behavior: Simulates customer paying less than required amount

  • Use Case: Test underpayment handling for Dynamic PayIDs

PayID Creation Validation:

  • Amount: $4,052.00

  • Behavior: PayID creation fails validation

  • Use Case: Test PayID creation error handling

Refund Failure Test Amounts

Refund Status Validation:

  • Amount: $4,303.00

  • Error: Refunds can only be done on COMPLETE, RETURN_COMPLETE or RETURN_FAILED payments

  • Use Case: Test refund status validation

Testing Workflow Examples

Complete Success Flow:

  1. Create PayID with amount $100.00

  2. Make payment of $100.00 (should succeed)

  3. Process full refund of $100.00 (should succeed)

Payment Failure Testing:

  1. Create PayID with amount $4,055.00

  2. Wait 6 seconds before attempting payment

  3. Payment should fail due to expiration

Refund Error Testing:

  1. Create PayID with amount $4,307.00

  2. Make successful payment

  3. Attempt refund (should fail with error)
